Q: What is your average processing time?

A: Our standard processing time is 2-4 days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Some products we have to source extra materials for which takes a couple extra days

Q: I purchased a piece that needs custom words or phrase but how do I get you that information? 

A: There is an option to add text and upload and image on every product page but if you are having difficulty please reach out to jenny@jennyscraftycorner.com with your request or reach out on our facebook page:

Q: Do you accept returns? 
A: A lot of time and energy goes into each piece we send out so unless a piece was received broken or it was incorrect we do not accept returns or exchanges.
